Deg\u00fastelo en Jamones Pascual<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Descripci\u00f3n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>El Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico de Bellota Dehesa de Extremadura presenta precinto de color rojo con la numeraci\u00f3n del Consejo Regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Dehesa de Extremadura correspondiente a la categor\u00eda de Bellota.<\/p>\n<p>Debe mantenerse en lugar fresco, seco y protegido de la luz, a una temperatura inferior a 18\u00baC, se recomienda consumir a temperatura ambiente (18-24\u00baC).<\/p>\n<p>Producto exento de Gluten y Lactosa.<\/p>\n<p><b>Caracter\u00edsticas<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico de Bellota certificado bajo el amparo del Consejo Regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Dehesa de Extremadura.<\/p>\n<p>Elaborados a partir de cerdos de raza ib\u00e9rica criados en libertad, y alimentados con bellotas y pastos naturales durante la montanera.<\/p>\n<p>La fase de engorde tradicional, a base de aprovechar los recursos naturales de la dehesa (bellotas, hierba), le aportan una grasa monoinsaturada y rica en antioxidantes. El resultado es una materia prima id\u00f3nea para elaborar productos curados de larga maduraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Dehesa de Extremadura controla la raza de los animales, as\u00ed como la \u00a0montanera desde el inicio hasta el final.<\/p>\n<p>El Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico de Bellota D.O. Extremadura D\u2019encinares es elaborado de forma natural y artesanal, sin prisas, respetando los tiempos de maduraci\u00f3n hasta el final, ya que es al final del proceso donde se dan las condiciones de sequedad y aumento de temperatura que favorecen la percepci\u00f3n del aroma caracter\u00edstico de este producto.<\/p>\n<p>Su forma exterior es estilizada y perfilada mediante el llamado corte serrano en &#8216;V&#8217;. Gran conocedor de este arte destaca como cortador de jam\u00f3n y deshuesador. Gran conocedor de este arte destaca como cortador de jam\u00f3n y deshuesador.
