Se extiende desde Alpartir hasta Encinacorba, sur de Zaragoza, y se prolonga por los municipios de Santa Cruz de Gr\u00edo, Almonacid de la Sierra, Tobed, Cosuenda, Codos, Aguar\u00f3n, Encinacorba y Mainar. Su altura m\u00e1xima es el pico de Valdemadera, que alcanza los 1276 metros de altura, lugar desde el que la vista abarca las dos vertientes de la sierra.<br \/>\nSus laderas, revestidas de carrascales y, en zonas h\u00famedas y abrigadas, robles y acebos, est\u00e1n repobladas de bellos pinares.<\/p>\n<p>La Sierra de Algair\u00e9n se ubica en el piamonte norte del Sistema Ib\u00e9rico, constituye un gigantesco glacis con un desarrollo longitudinal de unos 15 km, y una extensi\u00f3n de unos 300 Km2. En este tiempo a formado a varios jamoneros y charcuteros, asi como la elaboraci\u00f3n de su propio jam\u00f3n mimando todo su proceso desde el principio de una forma artesanal y cuidada. Gran conocedor de este arte destaca como cortador de jam\u00f3n y deshuesador. En este tiempo a formado a varios jamoneros y charcuteros, asi como la elaboraci\u00f3n de su propio jam\u00f3n mimando todo su proceso desde el principio de una forma artesanal y cuidada. Gran conocedor de este arte destaca como cortador de jam\u00f3n y deshuesador.
