Gran conocedor de este arte destaca como cortador de jam\u00f3n y deshuesador. En este tiempo a formado a varios jamoneros y charcuteros, asi como la elaboraci\u00f3n de su propio jam\u00f3n mimando todo su proceso desde el principio de una forma artesanal y cuidada. Gran conocedor de este arte destaca como cortador de jam\u00f3n y deshuesador.
